Roundpeg was founded in 2014 by Kate Ryan, who has over 20 years of experience in financial services and fintech marketing having held Group Head, CMO, Head of Marketing, marketing consultancy roles for start-ups through to FTSE 250 businesses for both B2B and B2C brands

• A proven successful track record in rebranding businesses, tweaking branding to make it more relatable and relevant to new, or emerging audiences, understanding the contribution the branding makes to acquisition, retention, and ultimately ROI.

• Working with senior stakeholders to convert the business plan into a marketing plan, dovetailing marketing strategy with business strategy.

• Advising what is and is not possible and working across teams to convert what we have (product, reputation, clientbase, brand, user journey) with an acquisition and or retention strategy and brand.

• Building a marketing plan for acquisition, understanding what success looks like, optimising onboarding funnels and building a media strategy to deliver not just numbers of conversions but the desired type of clients (quality, geo, life stage).

• Understanding ROI and how long it will take to extract that value and working with the acquisition teams to break that down into CPA targets.

• Using messaging and creative to be relevant, timely and sticky. Focusing on retention,  working with the team to build a CRM and a social and content presence to keep them active and extract the maximum potential from the client.

• Content and social strategies to also support brand and acquisition and retention.
